About the Role:
Office Manager
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment.
- Manage relationships with landlords and third-party vendors for property management needs.
- Oversee office snack inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and aligned with team preferences.
- Be proactive in identifying ways to improve the office experience and anticipate team needs.
- Maintain general office tidiness, including common areas, conference rooms, and supply storage.
- Partner with internal teams to facilitate onboarding logistics for new hires.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Coordinate meeting room scheduling and assist with room setup for in-office meetings.
- Foster a positive and engaging office environment, bringing enthusiasm and energy to create a workplace where team members feel supported and valued.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, including office events, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.
- Provide additional administrative support to various departments as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree a plus.
- Experience in office management, reception, or administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to anticipate office needs..
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
