Role Summary:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between wholesale sales, logistics/distribution, and customers, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Process and manage wholesale orders through SAP and Leaf Link/Leaf Trade, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform precise data entry in SAP and Leaf Link/Leaf Trade to ensure order integrity.
- Own inventory management processes and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Assemble and communicate the daily customer menu, including available products and pricing.
- Compile weekly sales and monthly market reports, providing insight on trends and performance metrics.
- Attendance and participation in weekly meetings to provide insight into wholesale operational processes within your respective states.
- Analyze business conditions, evaluate business needs, and address near-term opportunities to improve wholesale operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Providing agreed-upon customer discounts and ensure accurate order processing.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Assist customers in resolving delivery, order, or invoicing concerns.
- Reconcile customer product returns, ensuring proper documentation and processing.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience compiling sales or market data.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data comparisons) is required.
- Experience in data entry, order processing, or inventory management preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP and/or Leaf Link/Leaf Trade is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise and establish strong relationships between cross functional teams and external partners.
- Positive, team-orientated attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to help the broader teams within respective states.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and capable of reacting flexibly to different requirements for multiple stakeholders
- Strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines and resolving issues.
- Bachelor's degree.
- • 5+ years' relatable experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening.
ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
- Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure requirements of this position can be fully met.
