Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between wholesale sales, logistics/distribution, and customers, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Process and manage wholesale orders through SAP and Leaf Link/Leaf Trade, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform precise data entry in SAP and Leaf Link/Leaf Trade to ensure order integrity.
  • Own inventory management processes and assist with inventory reconciliation.
  • Assemble and communicate the daily customer menu, including available products and pricing.
  • Compile weekly sales and monthly market reports, providing insight on trends and performance metrics.
  • Attendance and participation in weekly meetings to provide insight into wholesale operational processes within your respective states.
  • Analyze business conditions, evaluate business needs, and address near-term opportunities to improve wholesale operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Providing agreed-upon customer discounts and ensure accurate order processing.
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Assist customers in resolving delivery, order, or invoicing concerns.
  • Reconcile customer product returns, ensuring proper documentation and processing.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience compiling sales or market data.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data comparisons) is required.
  • Experience in data entry, order processing, or inventory management preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP and/or Leaf Link/Leaf Trade is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise and establish strong relationships between cross functional teams and external partners.
  • Positive, team-orientated attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to help the broader teams within respective states.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and capable of reacting flexibly to different requirements for multiple stakeholders
  • Strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines and resolving issues.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • • 5+ years' relatable experience
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening.

ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure requirements of this position can be fully met.
