3+ years of experience in FP&A
Experience in budgeting and long-term financial planning
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and strategic decision-making
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams, building strong relationships
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear frameworks and leverage data to drive strategic objectives and priorities
Willingness to take a hands-on approach and actively collaborate closely with team members to drive results

Even Better If:

You have deep expertise in labor analysis and workforce trends
You are familiar with Vena financial planning software and Omni, or you have experience with similar financial and data visualization tools, including cube-based planning software
You have previous cannabis experience
