About the Role:

What You'll Do:

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract diverse, qualified candidates.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast staffing needs and drive proactive recruitment efforts.
  • Analyze talent acquisition metrics to improve processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors to maximize cost-effectiveness and results.

Talent Management & Organizational Development

  • Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders.
  • Drive succession planning to ensure long-term organizational sustainability.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of a national learning and development strategy.
  • Measure and improve the effectiveness of learning programs using data and analytics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and career development.
  • Champion DEIB initiatives to create an inclusive and equitable workplace for all team members.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the talent acquisition and talent management teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration across departments to meet business needs.
  • Oversee talent and organizational change efforts, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage external partnerships with universities, training institutions, and vendors to expand learning opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing talent strategies in high-growth or dynamic environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
  • Expertise in change management, organizational development, and performance management.
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with data analytics and leveraging metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Even Better If:

  • Certification in psychometric assessments such as Clifton Strengths, DiSC, Predictive Index (PI) or MBTI.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or other relevant HR certifications.
