**Responsibilities:**

* Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

* Provide knowledgeable and comprehensive advice on cannabis strains, effects, methods of consumption, and safety procedures to customers.

* Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing the sale of cannabis.

* Manage inventory levels, organize product displays, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.

* Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

* Educate customers on responsible consumption practices and the medicinal benefits of cannabis.

* Stay informed on the latest cannabis news, trends, and products to provide up-to-date information to customers.

**Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment (2 years), preferably in the cannabis industry.

* Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

* Familiarity with state and local cannabis regulations.

**Requirements:**

* Must be at least 21 years of age.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Compliance with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales.

* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
