Summary
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates from Latin or Central America)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099 Contract)
Compensation: Commission-Only to Start – Earn 5-10% per closed deal with opportunities for bonuses. No cap on earnings.

- Confident & Persuasive Communicator – You know how to turn a cold lead into a paying customer.
- CRM & Follow-Up Machine – You keep track of your leads and move them through the pipeline efficiently.
- Strong Negotiator – You know how to handle objections and get the deal done.

Responsibilities
- Cold calling & follow-ups – Work through a qualified lead list and close deals.
- Presenting & pitching – Sell retailers on why Habitas is a must-have in their inventory.
- Negotiating pricing & terms – Drive low-risk test orders and bulk purchases.
- Building & maintaining client relationships – Turn first-time buyers into long-term partners.
- Tracking & updating CRM – Keep accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
