Summary
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Edibles Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, processing, and packaging edible products in a clean and efficient environment. You’ll follow specific recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality, while maintaining high sanitation standards throughout the production process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare edible products by following detailed recipes and standardized processes
* Maintain cleanliness and perform ongoing sanitation of workspaces and equipment throughout the day
* Conduct deep cleaning tasks as scheduled or required
* Deposit cooked materials into molds and remove finished products from molds
* Carry out secondary processes such as sugaring or other finishing touches
* Package edibles into bags according to specified quantities or weights
* Pack finished products into larger containers for storage or shipping
* Assist with shipping and logistics of finished goods as needed
* Wash dishes and sanitize production tools and equipment—this is a major part of the role
* Support other production tasks or general facility upkeep during downtime or as directed
**Qualifications:**
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency in product preparation
* Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
* Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physically active work (standing, lifting, dishwashing, etc.)
* Flexibility to take on various responsibilities as needed
* Prior experience in food production or a similar role is a plus but not required
