**Job Description: Cultivation \u0026 Harvest Technician**

**Salary:**
* $17.50 an hour

**Hours**
* Monday - Friday (8 Hour Shifts)
**Responsibilities**
* Assist with all aspects of cannabis cultivation, including planting, watering, nutrient application, pruning, and pest management.
* Monitor plant health, identifying and addressing issues such as pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
* Support harvesting activities, including cutting, bucking, and transporting plants for post-harvest processing.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization within cultivation and harvest areas.
* Ensure compliance with all OLCC regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
**Qualifications:**
* Must have an **active OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit**
* Basic knowledge of cannabis plant biology, cultivation practices, and harvest techniques.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
* Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
