### **Key Responsibilities**
_Collaborative and creative marketing execution:_
* Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic campaigns—especially via email marketing.
* Utilize email platforms such as **HubSpot** to build, manage, and optimize campaigns.
* Assist in designing engaging marketing materials including social media graphics, email newsletters, print collateral, and branded promotional items.
* Coordinate and execute marketing events, including product launches, trade shows, and community outreach efforts.
* Manage social media accounts: plan content, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and grow brand awareness.
* Write and execute email marketing campaigns with audience segmentation and performance analysis.
_Support market awareness and growth:_
* Conduct market research to monitor trends, analyze competitors, and discover new branding opportunities.
* Track and report campaign performance using tools such as **Google Analytics** and social media insights.
* Assist with content updates, SEO, and ongoing website optimization to maintain a user-friendly, current online presence.
_Team and administrative support:_
* Provide administrative support for marketing operations—organize files, maintain schedules, and manage project timelines.
* Stay informed on the latest trends and tools in marketing and graphic design.

### **Qualifications**
* Must be at least 21 years old.
* HubSpot experience is required.
* Must be self-sufficient, proactive, and able to manage projects independently.
* Graphic design skills are a strong plus, especially in the context of email and digital marketing.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
* 2+ years of marketing and/or graphic design experience.
* Proficiency with design tools like **Adobe Creative Suite** is a plus.
* Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
* Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
* Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiar with social media and digital marketing best practices.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

### **Certificates \u0026 Licenses**
* Must obtain all necessary certificates or licenses within 90 days of hire, including any required for new or existing markets.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.

### **Work Environment \u0026 Physical Demands**
* Office-based role with occasional travel for events and meetings.
* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
