Summary
Mana Supply Co. - Missouri is seeking a motivated, dependable and responsible, full-time Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in producing cannabis-infused food products. You have a strong passion for people and the plant. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food-related manufacturing and food preparation, with a strong understanding of sanitary procedures. As this role involves working with cannabis products, candidates must be 21 years of age or older due to the nature of the business.

Role Requirements
Responsibilities
Production: Execute daily production tasks, including but not limited to measuring, mixing, and processing ingredients to create a variety of cannabis-infused edibles and gummies.
Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of products by following standardized recipes, batch records, and quality control procedures.
Sanitary Procedures: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment, including proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and workspaces.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, ingredient usage, and inventory levels.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members to meet production goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Safety: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
Experience
Prior experience in food-related manufacturing and knowledge of and experience with sanitary procedures in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Willingness to adapt to changing procedures and requirements in a regulated industry.
Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
Ability to obtain a Missouri DCR issued Agent ID and pass federal fingerprinting
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
