:

  • Manages the daily, accurate monitoring of all inventory and data tracking processes, ensuring SOPs are being consistently executed and updated, as necessary.
  • Audits entries of all item, product, plant and plant material changes into the electronic tracking system in a timely manner
  • Communicates and collaborates with the Cultivation and Processing departments to ensure accurate and timely tracking of material for compliant and accurate documentation of inventory movement
  • Oversees the completion of all weekly, monthly and annual counts across all departments.
  • Conducts regular audits on plant and final product counts (including use of scanning technology); identifies and addresses any potential discrepancies
  • Manages the Inventory & Order Fulfillment team to ensure that all data is accurately and completely collected.
  • Supports the SPM in the overall management, coordination and supervison of inventory data tracking functions and reports for the cultivation and processing facility
  • Audits seed-to-sale systems (METRC, Leaflink) for accurate reporting and to identify and address any potential issues or discrepancies. Serves as the primary point of contact for any inquiries about these systems
  • Manages Order Fulfillment team members on the creation of manifests, order fulfillment tags and uploading assigned manifests to Leaflink
  • Completes initial verification of sales orders to verify units, pick and pack orders.
  • Oversees confirmed QC checks and ensures pricing is correct for order fulfillment and delivery
  • Supports the SPM to ensure timely ordering of tags, labels, boxes and other frequently used consumables within the cultivation and processing facility
  • Leads, manages and develops Inventory and Order Fulfillment team members
  • Partners with Human Resources on training and addressing any potential employee relations' issues on a timely basis. Provides professional and constructive feedback for quality engagement with and development of the Inventory and Order Fulfillment teams
  • Conducts the annual performance management review process with all direct reports.
  • Other duties as assigned by the SPM, VP, Operations or VP, Supply Chain, as necessary, to support the business

Skills to be Successful

:

Education and Experience

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in either the cannabis or healthcare industries with inventory management, data entry, tracking and reporting experience
  • Prior supervisory or management experience - Required
  • Strong computer skills / aptitude with technology - Required

  • Strong proficiency with seed-to-sale / inventory systems and office equipment
