Summary
The Pre-Roll Associate is responsible for the preparation and assembly of pre-rolled cannabis products. This role requires precision, cleanliness, and the ability to maintain consistency in a production environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Weigh, grind, and fill cones or rolling papers with ground cannabis
* Ensure proper density and consistency of pre-rolls
* Apply filters, twist or seal ends, and inspect final product for quality
* Label and package pre-rolls per compliance requirements
* Maintain a clean work area and adhere to health and safety standards
* Log batch data and complete daily production reports
**Requirements:**
* Must be 21+ and eligible to work in New Jersey
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
* Able to handle cannabis products with care and precision
* Previous experience in cannabis, assembly line work, or small-part handling is a plus
**Compliance \u0026 Fingerprinting:**
All candidates must complete a state-mandated fingerprinting appointment. Please note that badge results may take up to two weeks to return, and candidates will not be permitted to start until approval is received from the state.
