    Responsibilities

    • Operate extraction equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to standard operating procedures and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines
    • Prepare raw materials for extraction processes, including sorting, weighing, and quality checks
    • Assist with laboratory testing and analysis to ensure product purity and quality standards are met
    • Support packaging operations by preparing finished products for shipment while maintaining cleanliness and organization
    • Handle materials carefully to ensure proper storage and inventory management
    • Maintain accurate documentation of extraction procedures, batch records, and quality control data
    • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and work areas to uphold safety protocols and optimize operational efficiency

    Physical Requirements

    Lift up to 60 pounds, climb a ladder, stand for extended periods of time

    Experience

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on extraction or laboratory work preferred
    • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to promote continuous improvement
    • Familiarity with CGMP standards and laboratory testing procedures is highly desirable
    • Hands-on experience with packaging processes and materials handling techniques
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and safety compliance
    • Prior warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating organizational skills and reliability
