1. Company Background

Our CEO Henry Paredes founded VETERANS HIGH-RISK SECURITY SOLUTIONS in 2016. After retiring from the U.S. Navy and then serving a number of years in the State Department contracting world, Mr. Paredes looked for a way to bring his unique skill set to the California Cannabis industry. Realizing the exceptional talent in Veterans and the ability to provide jobs to these highly qualified individuals, Mr. Paredes set out to form an armed security company, and introduce a level of professionalism unequaled.

Henry Paredes met and recruited the owners while working at the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan. All the owners worked at the Embassy as part of the US Diplomatic security team.

The US Government has spent thousands of dollars on our Military and Private contracting training. The training received and experience gained has provided the owners with the security and management expertise that has made VHRSS one the most successful private security companies in Southern California.
