Dispensary Employees often serve as the face of the company, making an important first impression on patients, caregivers, and regulatory officials.

*Must able to work 5:45am-2:15pm shift

● Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner, delivering outstanding customer service.

● Address customer inquiries and provide personalized product recommendations based on their specific needs.

● Educate customers about various types of cannabis products, their uses, and appropriate consumption methods.

● Stay updated with current cannabis laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance with company policies.

● Verify customer identification and ensure that all sales adhere to legal age requirements.

● Accurately process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.

● Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular inventory counts.

● Attend team meetings and training sessions to remain informed about product offerings, store promotions, and industry updates.

● Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

● Open Availability (Morning, Night, Weekend, & Holidays)

● Reliable transportation

● Must be at least 21 years of age.

● Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

● Basic understanding of cannabis products, consumption methods, and related terminology.

● Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

● Must successfully pass a background check and comply with all state and local cannabis regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Metrc Highly preferable

● Experience or certification in the cannabis industry.

● Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.

● Bilingual or multilingual abilities is a preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Must be able to lift 15-25 pounds.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a cannabis dispensary.

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
