Summary
Reports to: SVP, Retail Marketing
Position Overview:
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Leading local and regional marketing efforts including creative content development, email, digital and social media, CRM, events, promotions, and other marketing tools to drive commercialization goals.
- Coordinate, measure and optimize local awareness driving activities and advertising programs.
- Work with regional retail leaders and local markets to plan and execute new patient/consumer acquisitions.
- Lead e-Commerce efforts to provide a seamless online consumer experience with products and promotions.
- Oversee deliverables and timelines for customer communications within region.
- Plan and coordinate with the dispensaries to execute regional commercialization plans.
- Work with the Brand Team to execute regional brand marketing plans.
- Work collaboratively with multiple departments to accomplish goals.
- Adhere to all state-specific regulations and laws.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Exceptional collaboration, influencing and presentation skills.
- Must work well under pressure and within tight timelines and shifting priorities.
- Medical marijuana product knowledge desired.
