To be blunt, this role will be about:
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email to address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Issuing exchanges and resolutions to customer problems, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of products/services to effectively assist customers with their queries.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Inputting orders into LeafTrade, Wherefour, and Deacom systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Assisting in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both customer service and sales operations.
- Contributing to the creation of new processes to improve efficiency in sales operations.
- Administering and managing the CRM system for both customer service and sales operations.
- Maintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively address customer and sales team inquiries.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business processes.
- Participating in team meetings and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Prioritizing and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Proven experience in customer service and sales operations/administration capacity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems a plus
- Familiarity with LeafTrade, Wherefour, and Deacom systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
