Summary

Reports to: SVP, Horticulture

Position Overview:

Major Areas of Responsibility include:

Maintains working components of Argus panels, RM panels and various injectors through repair or replacement.
Prepares Argus/building management software with proper coding and content per company business needs.
Assists cultivation teams with hardware and software challenges, serving as the first point of contact for teams seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email.
Performs remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions and directing unresolved issues to the next level of support. i.e., Argus, Priva, Anderson etc.
Provides education to cultivation teams on Argus best practices.

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):

All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A+ certification required.
Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Ability to function in a self-directed environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional listening skills.
Ability to conduct research into a wide range of issues as required.
Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
Keen attention to detail.

This job operates in an office setting and is largely sedentary, requiring the routine use of a computer and other standard office equipment. The ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds, bend, reach, and perform manual tasks may also be required.
