Summary
Reports to: SVP, Horticulture
Position Overview:
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- Maintains working components of Argus panels, RM panels and various injectors through repair or replacement.
- Prepares Argus/building management software with proper coding and content per company business needs.
- Assists cultivation teams with hardware and software challenges, serving as the first point of contact for teams seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email.
- Performs remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions and directing unresolved issues to the next level of support. i.e., Argus, Priva, Anderson etc.
- Provides education to cultivation teams on Argus best practices.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- A+ certification required.
- Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to function in a self-directed environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional listening skills.
- Ability to conduct research into a wide range of issues as required.
- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Keen attention to detail.

- This job operates in an office setting and is largely sedentary, requiring the routine use of a computer and other standard office equipment. The ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds, bend, reach, and perform manual tasks may also be required.
