Inventory Manager

Type of Work: Full-Time

Shift Availability: Must have open availability including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Location: 640 Creek Rd, Bellmawr, NJ 08031

About the Role:

What You'll Do:

• Oversees team of inventory team members within the dispensary.
• Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts and inventory audits including full store monthly inventories.
• Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
• Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
• Partners with the Store Manager to create schedules of employees, deliveries, and shipments to optimize operations.
• Communicates with inventory team members to meet business goals and address personnel issues.
• Supports the flow of inventory from receiving to sale.
• Oversees the pick and pack model of our inventory flow in support of the management team.
• Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
• Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
• Manages the recruitment and training of new inventory team members.
• Training store team members on inventory best practices.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Who You'll Bring:

• Experience with inventory control systems, tracking stock levels, conducting audits, and managing stock movements efficiently.
• Supervisory experience in retail and/or inventory environment
• Working knowledge of Office 365, including MS applications.
• Ability to understand inventory management systems. Preferred knowledge around METRC or Dutchie.
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to focus, pay close attention to detail, and ensure accuracy of data recorded.
• Strong skills in identifying and resolving inventory-related issues and discrepancies.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Strong focus on leadership and mentoring Inventory team members.
• Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match.
• Must be able to work retail hours: weekends, evenings, some holidays, and overnights, if needed.
