IN A NUTSHELL...

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Providing administrative support to the Facilities department; managing office functions including: work order request coordination, daily office operations, and providing facilities support services for the local site leadership
  • Assisting with reporting key performance indicators against service level agreements
  • Addressing client inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely, quality resolutions are delivered
  • Responding to all facility inquiries and complaints, assessing problems, and taking the appropriate action to communicate to all parties
  • Creating and assigning work orders to engineering staff, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Reporting on open and closed work orders and obtaining status updates of open work orders
  • Requesting, reviewing, and submitting work orders, bids, and proposals from vendors
  • Verifying final invoice pricing and processing payments in a timely manner
  • Maintaining knowledge and staying updated on facilities projects
  • Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities and labor hours, abiding by company guidelines for timekeeping and overtime controls

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING

  • Age 21 or over
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated work experience in facility coordination, project management, or real estate and/or combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Facilities Management Software (CMMS)
  • Extensive experience in building and equipment maintenance
  • Advanced knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling
  • In-depth knowledge of building safety regulations and security protocols
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Associates degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, or related field

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
  • Exposure to moderate heat and humidity
  • Must be able to sit, stand and do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
