What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Dispensary Management in all activities related to opening and closing the dispensary.
- Assist Dispensary Management in all activities and responsibilities related to SOPs and training.
- Assist Dispensary Management team in all activities related to inventory management including but not limited to daily inventory audits, order fulfillment, delivery intake, and monitoring aging inventory.
- Assist Dispensary Management with cash management.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and strains in the store as well as industry-wide product knowledge, and train and share that knowledge with other members of the team.
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Dispensary Managers
- Monitor sales throughout the day, communicate findings to the team, and drive enthusiasm to achieve sales goals.
- Provide customer conflict resolution.
- Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment inside and outside the facility.

Requirements:
- Must be 21+
- 1+ years of retail, sales experience, and cannabis customer service experience is required.
- 1+ years in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is preferred.
- High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred) or equivalent military experience.
- Previous employment in a Cannabis facility or relevant inventory experience (required).
- Intermediate understanding of computer functions, including POS, e-mail, and Office.
- Previous leadership experience with direct reports.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory with strict attention to detail.
- A passion for cannabis.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Innovative / ability to think outside of the box.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to handle large amounts of cash without error.
