Onboarding Coordinator

Role Summary:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily interactions with candidates, via email, phone, text to support and manage the needs through the onboarding process.
- Monitor Zendesk and shared email.
- Follow up with new employees to evaluate on-boarding experience and recommend ways to enhance the new hire onboarding programs and experience.
- Candidate data management within the ATS system and complete onboarding form
- Follow-up with the Onboarding Coordinators on candidates' backgrounds, I-9, and fingerprinting
- Preparing onboarding details, requesting of badges, technology needs, and support continuous communication with candidates.
- Weekly dashboards/reports on candidate state of readiness within Smart Sheets
- Regularly assesses and recommends program changes and enhancements to drive better retention and engagement of new hires.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of experience within HR or a related field
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening
- Must be at least 21 years old (State Law)
WORK SCHEDULE:
- 40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
