ROLE SUMMARY
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the L&D team leadership to respond to training and development requests sourced from retail leadership, retail operations, and through observation in the field after collaboration with leadership.
- Provide onsite, hands-on coaching, training, development, and support for Retail Team Members, as identified by the Retail Training Supervisor.
- Work in tandem with Learning and Development team to collaborate on content creation, delivery, and record keeping of training materials.
- Support the implementation of L&D programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths.
- Responsible for providing product education for Trulieve products and 3rd party brands to retail field.
- Support a high-quality on-the-job training team to develop a positive L&D atmosphere while continually evaluating the effectiveness of the available programs.
- Provide feedback and reporting concerning L&D challenges, such as but not limited to student comprehension, delivery methods, technical difficulties, and process improvement needs.
- Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous on-the-job training initiatives to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
- Champion employee engagement and facilitate business success by fostering a culture focused on continuous learning.
- Uphold best practices and corporate learning and development principles.
- Lead, inspire, and champion culture-focused initiatives and facilitate related L&D opportunities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a strong knowledge of learning and development, sales processes, and company policies.
- Strong coaching, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Must be able to deliver learning and development opportunities using a variety of training techniques and experienced working with computer-based training software and learning management systems
- Experience with various computer-based training and instructor - led training initiatives.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Must be organized and able to work through multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment .
- Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Ability to direct and execute the full training cycle, including training assessment, design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation
- Solid ability with the use of English language. Spanish as an additional language is a plus.
- Training, L&D, or Facilitation certifications are a plus
WORK ENVIRONMENT/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical requirements of frequent bending, stooping, standing, and walking in retail environment
- Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
- Must be able to use normal office equipment (scanner, printer, copier, computer). Requires adequate hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate office equipment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clear driving record
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening
WORK SCHEDULE:
Travel 75-90% of work schedule.
