About the Role

How you'll make a difference

Perform in-depth business analysis and modeling to support business initiatives.
Standardize monthly analysis of business unit performance.
Monitor key metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement.
Prepare and present reports to the Executive Leadership team.
Develop dashboard reporting for operational managers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop customized reports to support day-to-day operations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Support the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.

Skills to be Successful

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
3-5 years experience as a business analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Cannabis industry experience highly preferred
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
