To be blunt, this role will be about:

  • Develop, motivate, & engage Territory Sales Managers in NJ, MD, and PA.
  • Drive, develop, and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Develop and launch a joint business planning program with partners, internal & external
  • Execute Key (and strategic) Accounts Strategy at Multi-state level.
  • Create and communicate sales goals to ensure senior level executives are informed of the progress of those goals.
  • Understand & share industry-specific patterns, trends, and landscapes in the region & state
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
  • Maintain and report pipeline of sales to accurately forecast.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Planning, and Commercial partners to achieve sales goals & strategic objectives.
  • Attend conferences/trade shows and travel to visit partners, as needed.

  • Experience leading a team as a sales leader; including coaching and team development
  • Cannabis experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • A deep understanding of the market services/products in our industry and market
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Expert level interpersonal skills
  • Ability to accurately forecast sales
  • Leadership skills to manage all the sales and account managers
  • Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and technical skills.
  • Capacity to mentor and coach people
  • Ability to analyze data to find trends and problems
  • Ability to travel 25-50%+
