Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive and productive work environment
- Manage the flow of 150,000+ finished good skus each month.
- Responsible for the overseeing final packaging of all products and devices.
- Oversee a staff of 30+ individuals' productivity in a manner that ensures a clean and safe production facility
- Create, observe, and enforce operational and personnel policies and procedures as related to the packaging and inventory processes
- Direct a team towards meeting department goals around efficiencies and cost
- Take pride in the quality and consistency of work produced by team members
- Oversee the packaging inventory for our in-house brand, as well as the inventory for brand partners.
- Manage the receiving, storage, and auditing for each partners goods and report on a weekly basis for updated inventory levels.
- Control incoming and outgoing packaging material inventory ensuring supply chain is never disrupted
- Compile yearly projected budget spend on packaging materials
- Ensure all scales are calibrated and certified
- Ensure that packaging information, manifest, and other documentation is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the State and local standards
- Log all production KPI's weekly
- Create and maintain accurate inventory procedures and documentation
- Ensure necessary tools and supplies are available to staff
- Comply with all documentation and record keeping practices
- Create, manage and distribute SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Stay up to date with all local and state regulations to ensure training and production are consistent with any changes in laws or policies

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent (required), Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Three (3) or more years of packaging experience (preferred)
- Three (3) or more years of lean supply chain experience (preferred) Intermediate experience in MS Office suite, accounting software, Google office platform
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detail
- Positive, team-centered attitude with solid interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to follow and give detailed direction
- Ability to execute techniques consistently
- Good documentation, inventory, and organization skills
- Intermediate computer knowledge (word processing, data entry, purchase orders)
- Working knowledge of all state and federal regulations applicable to Commonwealth Alternative Cares' operations including, but not limited to, CCC, OSHA and EPA.
- Demonstrable leadership skills to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

- Follow quality assurance and quality control procedures, including sterilization and sanitation protocols.

- All candidates must be ready, willing, and able to work a fully flexible work schedule to include days, nights and weekends to meet fluctuating business demands based on the needs of the individual department
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Able to stand for extended periods, and kneel, stoop, bend, twist, in tight areas
- Able to lift, up to 50 pounds
- Repetitive use of hands for all functions
- Willingness to work in windowless laboratories and enclosed rooms
