JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DUTIES:

  • Coordinate in store vendor events and associated offers
  • Communicate approved promotions to cross functional partners, and manage promo calendar
  • Partner with Marketing on additional in store needs for events and offers
  • Track promo performance results and associated vendor credit requests, as applicable
  • Build monthly data decks, inclusive of data sourced from multiple platforms
  • Audit data for inconsistencies and outliers
  • Execute additional tasks as needed, as requested by the Director and/or Senior Leadership

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Cannabis experience preferred, previous experience in Dutchie, Headset, and Hoodie a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Merchandise Planning & Allocation or similar analytical role
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to work independently to gather & organize data
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing industry - must be able to multitask and collaborate with multiple cross functional partners
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
