Description
- Maintains up to date knowledge of all cultivation policies, practices, and SOPs and ensures all tasks are completed in compliance with company guidelines
- Maintains logs on all plants in accordance with company guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance
- Ensures plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, and logs plant health measures
- Conducts day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, topping, trimming, and harvesting
- Inspects plants daily for mold, disease or other abnormalities and reports issues to the cultivation manager
- Responsible for maintaining and cleaning all cultivation facilities, equipment, and tools including lights, reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools and ventilation equipment
- Strictly adheres to the cultivation plan and schedule set by the Cultivation Manager
- Assists the Cultivation Manager in tracking plants throughout the growth lifecycle and ensuring accurate documentation per state standards
- Accurately documents all nutrients and substances applied on grow logs
- Complies with all health and safety standards in the operation of equipment, fertigation systems, environmental controls, water distribution system, and the security system
- Assists with inventory audits and reconciliation for all inventory and materials including supplies, plants, processed product, equipment, and other tracked items
- Assists with the execution of harvest plans by bucking, drying, and curing as needed
- Performs other related duties as required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Acreage Holdings SOPs for cultivation
- Knowledge of cannabis plants (strains, types, etc.) and potential health issues required
- Experience working in a nursery or agricultural setting preferred
- Ability to take direction and complete daily tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain high standards in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
