Responsibilities
- Delivery Operations
- Pick up and deliver product packages from suppliers, retail dispensaries, or wholesale clients to designated locations, including home deliveries.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety protocols.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain safety standards during deliveries.
- Operate state-specific tracking software (e.g., METRC) to manage delivery records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers to troubleshoot software issues or report delays.
- Maintain vehicles in good working order, perform regular safety checks, and report mechanical issues promptly.
- Manage cash collection and remittance in compliance with company policies.
- Order Fulfillment
- Pull products accurately for wholesale client orders and verify quantities for packaging and shipment.
- Mark paperwork appropriately and notify the distribution team of any adjustments or shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, load sheets, and product movements.
- Prepare items for delivery, adhering to labeling requirements as mandated by state and local regulations.
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and aligns with SOPs.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and comply with company policies, including state and local medical marijuana laws.
- Customer Interaction
- Engage customers and clients with friendly, courteous communication.
- Determine and fulfill pickup and delivery needs promptly.
- Address and resolve customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Perform periodic inspections of storage areas to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Thorough understanding of local street grids and ability to drive in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Must possess valid Massachusetts driver's license and clean driving record.
- Conscientious, thrives in high-pressure work, and demonstrates strong initiative.
- Ability to remain calm and poised under pressure when confronted with audits from outside Regulatory agencies (DPH, CCC, ISO, OSHA)
- Thorough understanding of state and local medical marijuana laws and regulations and how they apply to the operations of the Company.
- Attention to detail, effective time management, problem-solving, and ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in Windows-based and other software, as well as work-in-process applications, is desired.
- Intermediate computer knowledge (word processing, data entry, purchase orders)
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to execute techniques consistently
- Good documentation, inventory, and organization skills
- Demonstrable leadership skills to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures.
- Every job applicant must pass a comprehensive background check, including the mandates of the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission. A job offer issued before the completion of a background check shall be contingent upon a positive result. A negative background check result may lead to a job offer withdrawal.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
- Able to stand for extended periods, and kneel, stoop, bend, twist, in tight areas.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift/and or move up to 75 pounds.
- Repetitive use of hands for all functions
- Willingness to work in windowless vaults and enclosed rooms as needed.
