Description
Responsibilities
- Accurately execute daily cultivation movements within METRC, including plant growth stage transitions, harvests, and inventory adjustments.
- Maintain strict compliance with state and company METRC regulations, ensuring all plant and inventory tracking is up to date.
- Stay informed on regulatory updates and implement necessary changes to remain compliant.
- Complete digital waste logging in METRC, ensuring proper categorization and disposal documentation.
- Monitor and report plant waste to ensure compliance with state-mandated waste disposal procedures.
- Maintain organized records for waste tracking to support internal and external audits.
- Assist cultivation supervisors with METRC-related needs, including troubleshooting, data corrections.
- Work closely with cultivation staff to track plant counts, movement schedules, and reporting deadlines.
- Provide real-time communication with the team to ensure smooth data entry and movement tracking.
- Support internal compliance inspections and prepare reports as needed for regulatory audits.
- Ensure all data input and adjustments adhere to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain organized digital records for all METRC transactions.
- Identify and report any potential compliance risks to management.
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old
- Pass a Background Check
- Experience: 3 years of prior experience in METRC tracking, seed-to-sale software, or cannabis compliance required.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of cannabis cultivation processes and state compliance regulations required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in METRC software, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and general data entry.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and correct data discrepancies while maintaining accuracy within a timely manner.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for team coordination.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot METRC issues and find solutions efficiently.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, organized, and proactive with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
