Job Summary: 

The Processing Agent plays an essential role in processing the harvest materials. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working in an operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures.  

Glorious Cannabis operates indoor in a warehouse setting. There are no windows to the outside.

We started Glorious because we saw too many subpar products making it to market in this great cannabis revolution we are in.

Too many people cutting corners for a quick buck. We know this plant is glorious, and we wanted to bring back old-school hard work, patience, and pride back to cultivation.

We cut buds, not corners.

• Trimming, weighing, producing and packaging various forms of cannabis products including but not limited to pre-rolls, cartridges, and rosin. 

• Grating and sorting processed material 

• Weighing and logging material 

• Maintaining a sanitary work environment 

• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area 

• Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance 

• Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear; use close, color and peripheral vision; ability to adjust focus 

• Frequently required to walk, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; use distance vision; depth perception 

• Occasionally required to stand; climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; work in wet or humid conditions, in high places and outdoor weather conditions; exposed to fumes or airborne particles 

• Available to work 45+ hours per week and weekends when requested 

• Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, food production or similar manufacturing; fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards. 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure 

• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner 

• Ability to maintain quality with repetitive assignments 

• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment 

• Works well in a group environment
