We are seeking a Cultivation Associate to assist our day-to-day growing operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in spraying techniques or a strong interest in learning these skills.
We are open 6AM to 10PM seven days a week; the schedule for this position includes weekend shifts and select weekday shifts, with start times varying between 9AM and 10AM.
** Weekend availability is a must for this role! **

Role Requirements
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Required Duties:
Ensure all plants are healthy and consistently growing at optimum levels.
Measure and record various types of data related to plant heath: nutrient content in the soil, pH levels, moisture levels, etc.
Take inventory of plants and related supplies/equipment.
Maintain compliance with all requirements with respect to labeling, tagging, identifying plants/strains.
Water plants and apply various products as needed (pesticide, nutrients, etc.)
Transfer plants from one potting container to another based on stage of growth.
Defoliate plants according to RVF SOPs.
Move plants from one location to another as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, store all supplies appropriately.
Report any issues affecting plant quality to management.
Other Misc. Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment background check, and a Live Scan.
Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to lift packages/boxes, which are generally under 30 pounds
Ability to crouch, stoop, reach, etc. to get products for customers from shelves of varying heights and locations
Experience
Cannabis knowledge is required.
Ability to calculate figures, proportions, ratios, volumes, and percentages in relation to the application of fertilizers, water and chemicals.
Adaptability and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
