Pay: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year depending on experience.

Role Requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversee processing operations (preroll manufacturing, loading and unloading of dry rooms, movements).
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and safety.
- Stay updated on local, state, and federal cannabis regulations.
- Ensure all processing activities comply with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
- Maintain internal finished goods (maintaining Inventory and order fulfillments).
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of processing equipment.
- Ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
- Analyze processing workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement new procedures and methods to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of processing activities, including batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare regular reports on production metrics and performance.
- Work closely with other departments, such as cultivation, distribution, and compliance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide input on product formulations and processing techniques.
- Maintain Processing materials inventories and ordering.
Physical Requirements
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Prior experience in the cannabis industry is required.
- Prior experience in cannabis post-harvest preferred.
- METRC experience required.
- Google Suite experience required.
- Curing experience is a plus (monitor and maintain dry room conditions, equipment set up and tear down).
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English preferred.
Competencies:
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of processing staff.
- Effective communication skills to convey instructions clearly and foster a positive work environment.
- Understanding of cannabis processing techniques, including extraction methods and refinement processes.
- Familiarity with equipment used in cannabis processing and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing cannabis processing.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
Other Misc. Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment background check.
