Summary
The **Packaging Associate** is responsible for packing finished products according to standard procedures while ensuring compliance with quality standards and maintaining efficient production. This role plays a key part in supporting a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment.

### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

•Follow all company packaging procedures and quality standards
•Adhere closely to daily packing schedules as directed by the Production Supervisor and/or Production Manager
•Maintain accurate records and update inventory logs consistently
•Keep the packing room and all shared workspaces clean, organized, and optimized for efficiency
•Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GDP (Good Documentation Practices), and all safety guidelines
•Communicate process improvements and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with supervisors
•Perform tasks with a strong attention to detail and product quality
•Handle and move packaged product carefully to prevent damage
•Maintain reliable and punctual attendance

### **Education and Experience Requirements:**
•High school diploma or GED required
•Minimum of 1 year of related packaging or manufacturing experience
•Experience with cannabis-related equipment is preferred

### **Additional Requirements:**
•Must be at least 21 years of age
•Must be physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
•Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
•Must be flexible with schedule, including availability on weekends
•This position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week

### **Physical Demands:**
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, and reach with arms. The employee must also have the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach while using step stools or ladders.
•Regularly lift and move up to 10 lbs
•Frequently lift and move up to 25 lbs
•Occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs
**Vision requirements** include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
