We're looking for amazing Full Time Packaging Associates to join our team. 

The hours for this position are 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Our Packaging Associates weigh/measure and package cannabis products for resale. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate, and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 25 lb. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus. Packaging associates must maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, sanitation, and ensure that products are packed and accounted for in accordance with company policy and state regulations.

• Ability to work with and around managers, supervisors, and employees.
• Perform a series of preventive and general maintenance tasks on production equipment, tools, and facility.

• Weigh, count and store finished products ensuring all pertinent information is recorded in logs.
• Accountable for weighing, labeling, packaging, and product logging for accurate inventory control.
• Responsible for proper use, safety, maintenance, and sanitation of designated equipment.
• Process finished product to desired company standards following quality control standards.
• Clean and maintain all equipment and material.
• Ensure appropriate storage of products.
• Ability to adapt to change and possess a positive, professional attitude.

Skills and Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Cannabis knowledge is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D. preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work out of CoCo Farms in Concord: 2366 Stanwell Circle, Concord CA 94520
• Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment background check.
• Experience in packaging or a fast paced related field is a plus!
