Summary
**Summary**
The Planning Coordinator will work with the Cultivation departments to service a variety of their planning and administrative needs. They will coordinate with IPM, Metrc and Labor teams to assist with work orders, plant movement, timing of crop cycles, data collection and organization, and communication.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:**

•Work with growing, labor, Post-harvest, and IPM teams to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner and grower’s have made final sign-off
•Update weekly work orders, as well as facilitate changes according to documented approval procedures
•Data entry and maintenance of information in Excel and centralized network
•Complete weekly planning tasks with Cultivation department including confirming next week’s transfer orders, harvest orders, cloning orders, and planting orders
•Propose changes and alterations to future work orders as they arise, obtain proper sign-off and make sure proper departments are informed
•Track and monitor plant movement and activities as they occur, update actuals in planning documents
•Communicate adjustments to team members in Spanish and English
•Help to maintain quality standards of greenhouse activities, including updating documentation and getting proper sign-off from department managers
•To audit labor, IPM, and cultivation crews with quality reports, as well as SOPs are being adhered too.
•Help with MaintainX submittals.
•Use required PPE per OSHA regulations
•Perform other duties as assigned

**Education and/or Experience**
•Background in horticulture and/or Cannabis a preferred.
•Experience with Crop Planning a plus.
•Metrc experience preferred.
**Required:**
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
•Must be 21+ years of age
•Bilingual preferred
•Able to work independently and in a team environment
•Ability to maintain a positive attitude
•Authorized to work in the United States
•This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week
•Must be able to write and communicate effectively with the entire team.

Work is located inside the greenhouse. Qualified applicant must be able to withstand hot, sunny and humid conditions.
**Travel**
May be required to travel between the office and the farm sites on occasion.
