Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Cannabis Brand Ambassador to represent our client’s products at in-store demos, community events, and field marketing activations. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, engaging directly with consumers, budtenders, and retail partners to drive product awareness, education, and trial.
- Must be 21+ with valid ID.
- Must have cannabis industry experience required.
- Must be Outgoing, approachable, and confident engaging with diverse audiences.
- Must have Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have reliable, punctual, and accountable with excellent follow-through.
- Must have Comfortable working in fast-paced event and retail settings.
Salary
$25.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a product and brand expert, sharing knowledge about cannabis and its benefits with passion and professionalism.
- Drive brand awareness through one-on-one consumer interactions and sampling opportunities.
- Build and activate relationships with retail staff, budtenders, and community influencers.
- Support in-store demos and activations as scheduled by your Account Executive.
- Deliver a unique consumer experience that increases awareness, trial, and loyalty.
- Educate consumers on proper usage, benefits, and product features.
- Distribute samples and branded promotional materials when applicable.
- Accurately track activity, insights, and consumer feedback using digital recap tools.
- Provide consistent communication, reporting, and key learnings to management.
- Assist with marketing events both in and outside retail environments.
