Summary
Manipulator employees will be utilizing a technique of plant training and guiding the growth of
cannabis branches through layers of trellis known as manipulation to improve light exposure, airflow,
and overall yield. This job involves standing or riding on a motorized cart for extended periods of time
in sometimes high heat and high humidity conditions.

satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability

Manipulate crops in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the cultivation team regarding scheduling of manipulation.
Alert cultivation team of crop related issues.
Use and charge motorized carts to assist with manipulation.
Keep detailed records of hours worked and rows completed.
Be able to use pruning shears.
Be able to work independently and within a team atmosphere.
Perform other duties as assigned
