### Requirements / Responsibilities
•Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
•Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas such as offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces
•Assist with loading/unloading materials and moving equipment as needed
•Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
•Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly
•Support other labor tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth daily operations
### Qualifications
•Previous experience in janitorial or general labor roles preferred but not required
•Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
•Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
•Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
•Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
### Job Details / Duties
•Clean and sanitize floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
•Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
•Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
•Assist with basic groundskeeping tasks when necessary
•Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve work performance
•Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or damages

### Shifts
This role operates on a weekday day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Work hours are from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, providing a consistent routine that supports personal and family time outside of work.
