JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Track and Trace Tech I is responsible for making transactions for phase changes and changes
in weight in the ERP system (Seed and Beyond). They will keep a daily log of how much inventory
is stored in all secure storage areas. They will organize the transport of products from packhouse
to packhouse and to sales. They will also keep an accurate data sheet of product available at any
given time by doing daily, weekly, and monthly audits.
JOB DUTIES
•Conduct phase and bin location changes.
•Intake and outtake batches and fill the transfer sheet after each process. Communicate with
transport to move WIP product form one packhouse to another or to sales.
•Track inventory in all databases including WIP Allocation Sheet, Batch Tracker Sheet,
Metrc, Priva, SAP or any other ERP system or sheets whenever necessary.
•Make sure all teams have enough racks for WIP product.
•Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts.
•Report necessary adjustments to Inventory Management who will sign off on changes over
3% of the original weight.
•Create laboratory samples in ERP System. Move finished goods, created by processing teams
into Quarantine bin. Transfer lab samples to pickup location
•Update lab report sheet, be responsible for sending a second sample, if a batch fails.
•Be aware and informed on Metrc and State compliance for Cannabis.
•Maintain work areas clear and organized.
•Communicate incorrect data or inventory counts from the processing teams.
•Other tasks as assigned. May assist other departments as needed.
SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS
•Experience utilizing computer software.
•Experience utilizing Metrc software.
•Demonstrates the ability to pay very close attention to detail and immediately notice any
discrepancies regarding inventory.
•Shows the ability to solve complex problems individually and quickly.
•Must be able to communicate well with others in order to implement inventory control plans.
•Demonstrates the ability to work well with computers and maintain databases effectively.
•Shows professionalism, particularly when working with others within the department and
other departments.
•Possesses strong written communication skills for the creation of reports.

•Demonstrate ability to adapt to using new computer software.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
•Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision, able to work independently and in a team
environment.
•This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week.
•Willingness to work weekends, if necessary.
MENTAL/ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
•Ability to work in conditions typically found in a warehouse with high humidity and varying
temperatures, with a fair amount of moisture present.
•Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time as job duties require.
•Ability to stare at a computer screen for long periods of time.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
•Strong Excel skills necessary (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
•Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
•Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
