**Shuttle Driver / General Labor Associate**

### **Position Summary**
We are seeking dependable **full-time Shuttle Driver / General Labor Associates** for **AM and PM shifts**. This role is responsible for safely transporting employees from designated pickup locations to the worksite and, during non-driving hours, assisting with general labor tasks across cultivation, harvest, and production operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, flexible, and comfortable supporting multiple areas of the operation.

### **Primary Responsibilities – Shuttle Driving**
•Safely transport employees from **pre-determined pickup locations** to the worksite and back
•Follow assigned routes and adhere to scheduled AM or PM pickup/drop-off times
•Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
•Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance or safety concerns
•Communicate delays, incidents, or schedule changes promptly to management
•Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols

### **Secondary Responsibilities – General Labor Support**
#### **Cultivation \u0026 Propagation**
•Transplanting, watering, pruning, and monitoring plant health
•Assisting with greenhouse maintenance and sanitation
•Following all SOPs, safety, and compliance guidelines
#### **Harvest \u0026 Trimming**
•Harvesting plants while maintaining product quality and integrity
•Hand-trimming or machine-trimming cannabis flower
•Maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency during repetitive tasks
#### **Machine Operation**
•Operating trimming or packaging equipment under supervision
•Assisting with equipment cleaning and basic troubleshooting
•Ensuring a safe, efficient, and organized production flow

### **Schedule**
•**Full-Time Positions**
•**AM Shift** – Early morning driving with daytime labor support
•**PM Shift** – Afternoon/evening driving with labor support
•Set schedules based on operational needs

### **Qualifications**
•Valid driver’s license with a **clean driving record**
•Comfortable operating company vehicles and following fixed routes
•Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
•Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and safety requirements
•Strong reliability, punctuality, and communication skills
•Team-oriented mindset and flexibility to assist where needed

### **Physical Requirements**
•Ability to sit for extended periods while driving
•Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
•Ability to lift up to **30 pounds**
•Ability to work in greenhouse or production environments
