Education and Experience
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent - Required
Degree in Food Science - Preferred
Minimum of 3 years management experience within commercial kitchen or food production environment.
Minimum of 1 year experience producing candies, chocolates and baked goods
Experience with cannabis or infusions - preferred
Computers and Technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Proficiency with inventory systems and office equipment
