What impact you'll make

  • Lead, train, and schedule cultivation staff to ensure efficient execution of daily tasks
  • Provide coaching feedback and performance management to team members
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure adherence to all state cannabis cultivation regulations and company SOP's
  • Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure product quality
  • Track and report Key production indicators
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Asist Leadership with weekly and monthly production planning
  • Complete timecard approvals in a timely manner
  • Work closely with leadership to resolve personnel issues.
  • Hire and support new employees through the onboarding and training process
  • Order cultivation materials and maintain inventory management
  • Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing Osha standards, proper ppe, and facilities safety protocol to prevent accidents, injuries and contamination.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience with managing a large indoor cultivation team.
  • Knowledgeable about the science behind producing the best cannabis.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Compensation: $60,000-65,000 annually
