  • Schedule 2: Wednesday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Packaging Technician

What You'll Do

  • Package cannabis flower and pre-roll products according to established standards and procedures
  • Follow all company policies, SOPs, and Florida medical marijuana regulations
  • Verify product quality, weights, counts, labels, and packaging accuracy
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goalsInspect products throughout the packaging process to ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Prepare and manage raw materials needed for production runs
  • Assist with inventory counts and material trackingCalibrate, operate, clean, and maintain packaging equipment and tools
  • Complete production documentation, maintenance logs, and required records accurately
  • Support efficient line setup, changeovers, and breakdown activities
  • Assist with shipping and receiving functions as needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Partner with other departments to support overall facility objectives

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid government-issued photo ID
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Ability to stay focused and productive while performing repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in packaging, labeling, manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse environments
  • Experience working with detailed, quality-focused processes
  • Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in an outdoor enclosed environment
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed packaging work
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to bend, reach, lift, and stoop regularly
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
