About the JobJob Summary:
Tikun Olam Brand Representatives will be responsible for driving Tikun Olam product awareness, adoption, and brand visibility within the State of Florida. This is a relationship-first, field-based role — the representative is the face of Tikun Olam with certifying physicians, patients, and the broader medical cannabis community, in addition to supporting dispensary partners who carry the brand. We are hiring three Sales Territory Representatives to cover assigned regions across Florida: Tampa, Orlando, and Ft. Lauderdale.

Role Requirements
Responsibilities
Physician & Clinical Relationships:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and medical offices throughout the assigned territory, providing education and support so healthcare professionals can confidently discuss and recommend the product to appropriate patients.
•Educate physicians and clinical staff on Tikun Olam's proprietary strains, clinical research, and patient outcomes so they can confidently recommend and discuss the product line.
•Serve as the ongoing point of contact for physician offices, addressing questions and providing up-to-date clinical and product materials.
Patient Education & Community Engagement:
•Build direct relationships with patients, providing education on Tikun Olam's products, strains, and how to navigate the medical cannabis process.
•Represent the brand at patient support events, associations, partner dispensary “Patient Appreciation Days”– helping patients feel informed and confident in their treatment choices.
•Gather and relay patient feedback to help guide product education and territory strategy.
•Represent Tikun Olam at community events, health fairs, patient advocacy gatherings, and industry events to build brand visibility and trust.
•Plan and execute local sponsorships, sampling programs, and educational events in partnership with the marketing team.
•Build a local network of advocates — physicians, patients, and community organizations — who reinforce Tikun Olam's reputation and reach.
Dispensary Support:
•Maintain strong working relationships with dispensary managers, budtenders, and retail teams to support product placement, education, and sell-through.
•Conduct regular dispensary visits to assess product performance, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
•Work with the brand ambassador team to ensure brand standards are upheld at retail — including display execution, menu accuracy, pricing consistency, and promotional compliance.
Territory Planning / Market Intelligence
•Manage call cycles, route planning, and scheduling across physician offices, patient touchpoints, community events, and dispensary accounts to maintain consistent territory coverage.
•Track competitor activity, physician sentiment, and market trends within the territory.
•Report insights to management on a regular basis to support strategy refinement.
Reporting:
•Maintain accurate CRM records of physician, patient, and account relationships; submit reports and provide weekly updates on territory performance and opportunities.
•Leverage reporting tools to ensure full visibility into relationship activity and pipeline status.
Physical Requirements
•Frequent travel throughout the assigned Florida territory — estimated 80–90% of time in the field.
•Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as required for physician events, community events, and activations.
•Ability to lift and transport up to 30 lbs of product samples and marketing materials.
Experience
•Minimum 1–2 years of outside sales, account management, territory sales, or healthcare/pharmaceutical liaison experience; cannabis industry experience a plus.
•Existing relationships with Florida certifying physicians, clinics, dispensary buyers, or retail partners strongly preferred.
•Comfortable engaging with physicians, clinical staff, and patients on clinical and product information.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Self-motivated and highly organized, able to manage a territory independently with minimal supervision.
•Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting platforms; comfortable working with sales data.
•Must be 21 years or older and eligible to work in Florida's regulated medical marijuana industry as outlined by the Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; this role requires regular travel within the assigned Florida territory.
